Maxcon are on track for completion Q2 2021 with settlements & move-in from early Q2 2021.

Maxcon completed the installation of the Hot Water Unit & Solar Panels to Level 24 - Roof in November.

While fitout progress includes:

Level 23 Plaster complete (just needs to be painted with Dulux Wash & Wear Low Sheen Paint in Lexicon Half for the walls)
Level 23 Services (rough in) complete
Level 22 Joinery installed that's the kitchen cupboards, vanity joinery & wardrobes to bedroom(s)
Level 21 Tiling complete (floor & wall)
Level 20 Services 2nd fix complete
Level 19 Caesarstone Stone Benchtops installed
Level 18 Bin chutes installed (Recycling & General waste rubbish chutes)
Level 18 Lustre Glass splashbacks installed
Level 18 FFE installed (that's the Bosch S/S Oven, Bosch S/S Gas Cooktop, Fisher & Paykel S/S Dishwasher, Artusi Range Hood, Caroma Vanity Basin, Abey Group - Gareth Ashton Tapware in Gunmetal)
Level 5 Landscaping now 50% complete
Ground Floor Windows installed
Schindler Lifts 75% complete (you have two in Penny Place)
Fire Tank Installed
Gas Meters Installed
